Pros

The hotel that I stayed in for orientation was nice.

Everything. I decided to do the lease to own option through them and they gave me a truck that had battery issues and wouldn’t start twice. After picking up my first load my brakes caught fire on the inside tires of my tandems. Then I went to switch out trucks and had issues with that truck as well. Half the time they had no idea what they were talking about and would waste my time. I barely made any money due to their faulty equipment. Even when I did make money they lied about certain things that I needed to pay for, like fuel which they agreed to pay for it from the beginning. On top of that I got stuck in the mud and had to be pulled out and got let go for it. It was a blessing in disguise really. They also never paid me breakdown pay which I am entitled to. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

There are no pros for this company. The only pro about Billor is that everyone that works for them are professional liars and thieves..

Cons

Everything is a con including the dispatchers and everyone involved with Billor. Don't be a fool. This is a company that operates out of Brazil and you will be taken advantage of and go weeks with no pay, they will keep everything you make. It's a scam.... Run as fast as you can. There are no managers to talk to, unless you are ready to turn your truck in then everyone is calling you to beg you to keep working so they can keep stealing everything from you. They don't care about anyone. Please don't be a fool and make the same mistake I did. Talk tomorrow Billor drivers at truck stops first, I'm not the only one who is and has experienced this company stealing everything and breach of trust on a contract.... Please don't trust this company.
