      Pros

      Amazing support! Love the team and customers. It’s a fast paced business but love that we are performing so well and kept busy. Regular visits and support from head office. Head office retail leaders really listen to us and we feel heard.

      No structure Lack of training Stock is everywhere. When picking stock, item is not in its location Staff are rude and immature No sense of leadership from warehouse manager
