There is a notticeable lack of forethought and attention to important details (typically referred to as "zoomed out perspective" or "counting on our people") causing unnecessary and avoidable delays and reversion to the "cowboy way". A very small percentage of the long term, untouchable employees cause of the majority of disharmony within the company
