      Pros

      Family-run and family-oriented company. The owners are dedicated to sustainable growth and are receptive to making appropriate changes when required. Pay is competitive, hard work is rewarded, and steady improvement and growth seems to be a part of the culture.

      Cons

      Probably the biggest con is the growing pains. As with any organization, as this company grows the changes are difficult to adjust to and not every change is the best in my opinion. As a general rule the the current change is for the better.

      Pros

      Truly care about their employees, very fair and projected work schedules, great home/work life balance, noticeably breaking previous system of nepotism hiring over skills/abilities in senior positions, senior management strive to maintain small company feel

      Cons

      There is a notticeable lack of forethought and attention to important details (typically referred to as "zoomed out perspective" or "counting on our people") causing unnecessary and avoidable delays and reversion to the "cowboy way". A very small percentage of the long term, untouchable employees cause of the majority of disharmony within the company
