Pros
The best asset of BillingTree is the great culture that it offers and it starts with the C level employees. They treat everyone with respect, kindness, fairly, and positive attitude each and every day. All employees show a great amount of confidence in each other to get the appropriate work done and even beyond that if needed. Overall, it is an excellent place to work and a great opportunity to grow within a small, but growing company. I also can't forget, we do like to have fun at the office and at our occasional office happy hours.
Cons
It can be hard at times to find a meeting room when scheduling meetings since our office is very limited with rooms.
