Billerud has changed my life, they put employees health over anything. I’ve been battling cancer for the past 10 months, and this company has had my back from day 1! Not only job security, but there is a brotherhood here, my coworkers check on me throughout my cancer experience, and also management.

Great operators Safe work environment Can be fun most days with high engagement Great problems to solve relevant to the facility

There is a disconnect between hourly employees (operators, technicians) and management... For students, at least, not much training aside from your mentor. Not transparent all of the time
