Often expected to work long hours that aren't paid as your on a salary, but you don't get time back for it. Hardly any training they just expect you to know the processes. The culture is very much in trouble, very "mean girls" attitude from a store level with management being the main issue. Team members often talk about one another and played against each other by management.
