Good atmosphere. Owner listens. He understands that the money is made by the employees. Willing to iinvest in training and equipment. Maintains enough inventory to keep you working. Small shop. Allows you to get to know other employees.
Cons
Small shop. Not much time off. Needs to upgrade dispatching and invoicing from paper hand written invoices. Needs better inventory tracking.
