- The MD is manipulative, abusive and does not care for the staff (if he remembers who they are). - No HR department / person - Upper management only exist to please the MD - whatever the unreasonable demands to their teams. - Sexist environment - women are only ever assistants / junior roles, and for the few that are higher up they are only ever treated as such. - More hours than physically possible. - Goalposts shifting on a constant basis. - Forced to work when you're ill. - The productions are utterly awful.
