      benefits and pay, used to be a great company - hope they’ll find their way back

      Management seriously sucks, expected to be on call 24/7 even when you’re not actually on call

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits for oil and gas but strive to be at the P50 so nothing special. Good, competent technical team but management never listens to them so there really isn't much good to say about WPX, eh I mean Bill Barrett.

      Worst CEO in Denver Clueless executive management Office politics - unless you have WPX on your resume or are friend ms of the CEO you are not appreciated Laid off our best employees for friends of the elites - absolutely classless leadership
