Cons
The team is small so every wrong move affects the company and is directly observed, a lot of responsibility on every individual, the customers are the elite of the community; you can't mess thing up, not even a little bit! Full-time work on Saturdays and holidays. Work on Sundays sometimes in summer. Vacations can't be granted in the high season, still it's not always easy to take a long one either off season.
