Being under the umbrella of a larger company provided more resources.
Cons
Upper leadership is a joke. Good ole boys club mentality. If they do not like you or intimidated by you, they will come up with something to fire you. The HR director should be ashamed how she speaks to people. You aren’t the only person with a degree.
