      - consistent schedule - amazing tips and regulars - 6 hour shifts - consistent guidelines for each stand

      - lack of overall understanding from a corporate level - forced splitting of shifts - no bonuses even if your killing your sales - expected to correct issues IMMEDIATELY no matter if you’re on vacation, your weekend or even just got off of a shift - Very little training past the initial
