Bigfin is a great place to work! If you're looking for a corporate atmosphere, this is not the place. We create awesome work that we're proud to show our clients. Great perks, friendly team, and an open and honest Founder/CEO that doesn't sugar coat results. You get the quality of work and services that you pay for. PTO is outstanding! Take it from me, I've had my fair share and Matt is always understanding and willing to work with you.

Not as ideal for city-dwellers who commute. Not a corporate salary, but excellent work-life balance!

Free lunches is about it. Might be a good place for people looking to get their foot in the door and get agency experience. Would not recommend staying more than a year, since there is no growth opportunities at all.

Management and employees are extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful. Very awkward and boring environment. Communication is lacking between web developers and marketing team. Be aware that management (Matt Stearn) has a tendency to fire employees and will not give you a reason for doing so.
