None I can think of

Cons

*Owner is sole contact for systems. Does not answer in a timely manner. *Did not recieve my company equipment like phone and laptop. *Barely any benefits * Will be expected to work overtime *Had to manually keep track of my time as I did not get access to the time keeping system. * Micromanagement * Almost no training as a new hire. Will be expected to learn on your own. * Lack of communication in general from Admin to HR.

1. Management Organization The management structure is not well-organized, which can lead to confusion and inefficiencies. 2. Work Hours and Compensation Employees may be expected to work long hours, often beyond a typical workday, unless they assert boundaries. Please note, there is no compensation for overtime, as pay is not provided for hours worked beyond 40 per week. 3. Benefits The benefits that are advertised are not consistently provided to employees, despite being a part of the initial offer. 4. Learning Curve The learning process can be challenging due to the steep learning curve. The systems in use are numerous, complex, and often outdated, which require learning on the job. Learning is done by making mistakes, all mistakes will be made in live environments. 5. Communication with Leadership The company’s owner is the primary (often exclusive) source of information on systems, procedures, and policies—both client-facing and internal. However, the owner is generally resistant to questions and often responds in a harsh manner.
