Pros?????? R you kidding?????? This Pros section should not be here.....

Poor Management & pathetic company policies make your each day miserable. Employees are slaves here as if they don't have any personal life. only pressure; No work. Even if you give your 100% you will get bad reviews, they call it EVALUATION in their language. No man management skills. even if you work for 24 Hours without leaving your seat at the end of the day you will be told that you are not concentrating your work or "I AM DISAPOINTED BY YOU" comment. Guys this space is too small to enlist the cons...... so just leave it.
