The energy here is amazing. Everyone is really excited to be here & build something that will change the industry. Team of really smart people with diverse & noteworthy backgrounds. Management is engaged. They ask for feedback & listen to ideas. As smart as they are, they’re looking for a team effort. Management will set you up for success. Everyone’s needs are slightly different; this company can be flexible with you.
Cons
Look, it’s a start up. Processes still being put in place. But that’s not a bad thing. You don’t put a process in place until you need it Management is spread out, not just across the US, but across the globe. You need to be a little patient when you ask for help/feedback.
