      Kind and trusting group of people that are motivated to make good work together. There's also a good work life balance and flexible WFH.

      Cons

      There's not really an onboarding process, so you do have to put yourself out there in the beginning and ask questions.

      Pros

      Big Voodoo Interactive is a great company to freelance for. They set clear expectations, provide reasonable deadlines and communicate well throughout projects. Payment is always on time. As a long-term contractor, I've been very pleased with the relationship.

      Very friendly environment. Everyone is willing to help. Everyone works hard. Great work environment. Flexibility to work from home if needed. Snacks are always available and stocked. Coffee is always available. Amazing place to work. Amazing people. Dog Friendly
