Pros
Remote work is the best part of the job. Management tries really hard to provide a great culture even work remote. They have good intent. Decent pay, however no bonuses.
Cons
In my opinion, Big Red Rooster Flow is nothing more than a glorified Labor Ready. You are hired for one particular client and even interview with that client for your job. Which is all fine until said client decides they are rolling the entire team off. So the only real thing Rooster is doing is providing HR and Payroll services. Once on, you better hope that your client lasts because when you are no longer needed, you are no longer employed. My advice to management would be to diversify the work load among the various teams and individuals. I know it's not the business model but I would think it would be a lot more efficient to hire folks and keep them rather than lay them off whenever the client(s) downsize. Hiring people is an investment and at this point, the only investment being made is in the client's success, not your own. I was told when I took the job that there are several other clients and a backlog of work and many opportunities. That was just over a year ago and here I am today, unemployed, so a total false sales job. Don't be fooled by their very good HR marketing to get qualified candidates in the door.
Additionally, I feel like I took a step back in my career when I joined BRRF. Their systems are outdated, their technology "wizards" are amateurs and their approach is old school.
