Pros
Interesting and fast paced - other employees (for the most part) are nice. Great place to work for if you want an employee discount on farm supplies...not so much for clothing or home items
Cons
They do not give regular annual reviews at the Corporate location, if you work hard - you get more work to do. Many employees do little or nothing while the hard working, underpaid employees do their work as well as their own. I have never worked at a place that does not give cost of living increases - some employees have gone 3 to 5 years with no pay increase. Management feels that you are expendable - they can find someone cheaper to do the job...perhaps true, but it does not promote a culture of honest or integrity. All of the good, honest and faithful employees have left due to under-appreciation.
