Pros
The owner appears to be genuine and works with his employees as a shining example of customer service and respect.
Cons
The owner positions the financial rewards to be FAR greater than what the actual financial bonuses will actually be. I looked at the books from before the pandemic, to assess my earning potential and found that he positioned a gross misrepresentation to me about my ability to earn 6-figures a year. Both locations are not only grossly undermanaged, but are riddled with cockroaches & vermin.
