Cons
-Everyone is very competitive and holds a "winning" mentality which can sometimes make it hard to juggle a work/life balance, but mostly this is self induced, not necessarily expected from the top/senior management -Not a place for people who don't like to speak up or are not into the music business 24/7 lifestyle...you will not succeed if you are not a self-starter
