Pros

Salary/Benefits, you can be creative in your 4 walls as long as you can speak to it. A growing company

Cons

Work/Life balance is whats a life?? DM expects you to work 80 hours a week to get things accomplished in your 4 walls. The training was horrible. There is no reason not to onboard and properly train a member of management. Insufficient support from Leadership. Leadership often threatens your position if you are not 100% in your 4 walls. They expect things done with little labor allocated, or none, for instance we want you to reset 4 aisles this week and they are the most tedious deparment in the store with no extra hours. Or we are going to change all the pre priced christmas stuff to a higher dollar amount with no hours, and you have to do this weekly when putting out new freight when it comes in. OR you are getting 6 trucks this week, we expect everything processed as soon as it arrives also with no extra hours. Outrageous expectations. Yet the seem shocked by these answers when they receive feedback..................And to top it all off the DM talks about other managers behind their backs, way to build teamwork and morale.........
