Lots of opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Great quality projects and sharp individuals working there.

It is fully remote, so you have to make sure you are disciplined enough to handle that

The work is fun, you get lots of autonomy and they hold a high bar for craft for devs and designers. Some of the employees are amazing, but some are super problematic. Big Human doesn't have a true HR person so nothing ever gets addressed or resolved.

Very low pay bands, horrible benefits (and they kept taking more and more away), horrible clients, and expectations to do good work faster and faster.
