      Pros

      Nice break room Full time and part time jobs available Health benefits offered

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. None of the managers were on the same page. Terrible communication between management and employees. No new employee on boarding process, employees are just thrown into their job without any real training, then reprimanded when something is done "wrong" If they don't like you they WILL get rid of you.

      Room for growth within the company Opportunity to move laterally if you want to move forward Staff is very friendly and really tries to work together to accomplish tasks

      Cons

      Communication could be better In the middle of "nowhere" if you live further away, but a very easy commute
