Pros

Modern KW Equipment (phasing out Volvos), Well Maintained Equipment, an ESOP Company, No Forced Dispatch, Speed Governed at 65 to 67 MPH (depending on truck), APU's and Inverters Installed in All Trucks

Cons

Short Hauls and Many Grocery Loads, Lying Dispatchers and Operations Personnel, ABSOLUTELY Poor Load Planning, Too Much Atlanta & NE USA, Favor Certain Drivers on Long-Mile Loads, Not Paid for Empty Miles in Same Zip Code, Collision Mitigation Tech Installed on Most All Trucks (beeps all the time & brakes unexpectedly), Forward Facing Cameras to Track Driver Faults (does not activate for accidents leaving driver to prove fault), Safety Culture Gone Mad, Much Employee Turnover in Operations Dept, Low Miles & Bad Home-Time

Pros

The trucks are quite acceptable,Some are friendly other are no.

Cons

Some drivers have problems with time at home. The company requires a secure parking lot but does not pay for a reserved spot at truck stops or yards; the driver has to pay for them and they do not reimburse the money.
