There are cameras everywhere they listen to you on microphones and watch you even if you look at your phone They look at your phone screen to see who you were texting and what you might be looking at You are constantly micromanaged and told you’re not doing your job right even though no one has trained you to do your job Constant pay plan changes excessively high turnover they are looking for a new finance manager it seems every five minutes yet they are unable to keep. once they get there It is also unfortunate that the sales people seem to be running things and that the owner and upper management seem to be petrified of them And be sure that the owner is sneaky and will look for a way to take money from you he has a reputation for it they have to try to get people from out of town to work there because nobody who lives in London Kentucky for the most part is stupid enough to go there Anyone I mean anyone can do better than this place you have been Warned do not go
