Can't think of anything negative to say. Pay could be better

Big-D is on a mission to be the most sought after company in the business and they are excelling at that goal. It's not uncommon to find people who have been here for 10+ years. There's good reason for that. You pay next to nothing for benefits out of your own pocket. Compensation is solid. Benefits were overhauled last year and much improved in many aspects.

Moving up can take a while. Positions don't always open too frequently.
