      I genuinely enjoy the type of work I am doing and the expectations are realistic. I feel there is a great balance of work and life and opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Siloed in my work to some extent. It makes it hard to connect to others in the office who operate more within a team.

      Pros

      Big-D is on a mission to be the most sought after company in the business and they are excelling at that goal. It's not uncommon to find people who have been here for 10+ years. There's good reason for that. You pay next to nothing for benefits out of your own pocket. Compensation is solid. Benefits were overhauled last year and much improved in many aspects.

      Cons

      Moving up can take a while. Positions don't always open too frequently.
