Pros
Big Compass puts emphasis on having a friendly environment. Everyone is really friendly. There is a good mix of senior, mid-level, junior developers, so no need to worry about "bad" practices frequently seen in smaller and/or new companies . Honestly, nothing is "bad" which means everything is (mostly) "good."
Cons
Alas, working at home does mean that you need to be strict on yourself. If you want to advance in your career, you shouldn't waste your time just because nobody is watching you! But this is obviously much more difficult when you're sitting on your personal chair in your comfy home. Also, can get a little lonely, if you're that kind of person. The company is trying to remedy this with retreats and such!
