Having left Big Button a little over a year ago to seek a new opportunity, I've recently returned to the company and am really happy to be back. The team were a major factor in attracting me back to the business – a fantastic group of people who get to know you on a personal level and who are always open to new ideas and approaches. Every member of the team is approachable and always willing to help each other. The senior leadership team do a great job of creating an authentic team spirit with regular social events and team meetings. There is complete transparency around the performance of the business from top to bottom. Big Button is always willing to invest in its people to improve individual employees and boost the creative output of the company. I wouldn't have returned to Big Button if I didn't love working here.

Very little. As with any company in a creative industry, you are expected to juggle workload and tight deadlines which can sometimes result in late nights or weekend working. But those situations are very few and far between. The senior leadership team give you as much notice as possible if any unsocialble hours working is required and all employees are compensated generously for their time. The team will always look to share the workload to minimise the need for one person having to work evenings or weekends where possible.

Fantastic team of people who all work very closely together. There’s opportunity to be involved across all stages of the production process. Everyone is very open to new ideas, techniques and technologies. Working with a variety of clients across different sectors makes every day different and interesting. It also provides opportunities to travel both the UK and abroad for shoots.

We produce a lot of internal communication videos which are often less receptive to a creative approach. You have to persevere with this and be ready with ideas for when a more creative project comes up. Deadlines can be very tight sometimes and there will be occasions you will need to work evenings and weekends to meet these, however you are compensated for these hours.
