      Pros

      Family atmosphere, great leadership, competitive pay, overtime available but not forced, accommodating, extremely involved in the community, and the company is constantly looking to improve their status as well as their employees (advancement opportunities)

      Cons

      I’ve spent the last 5 years 2013-2018 working for the Bug and I can honestly say that I have not one con to write.

      Pros

      Family owned atmosphere, great training, work is fairly easy if you are good at trouble shooting.

      Cons

      Can feel like your on an island with covid guidelines currently. But not always like this. Besides that not much cons

      Pros

      Family owned company where you are recognized by name and not a number. Very flexible schedules and overtime is readily available during the summer. Quality training resources in/out of the company. ( company will pay for required licenses/yearly renewals)

      Cons

      Inability to take summer vacations, as it is the busiest time of the year. Long drive times between appointments (45-60 minutes) are common.
