You get to work with the few good people left, some exciting events, and free lunch sometimes. That’s it unfortunately.
Cons
- Poor Upper Management - New Managing Director doesn’t understand how to effectively connect and manage his team. In it for his own personal advancement and ego. - Since the company has had new ownership it has gone downhill fast. All roles are changed, less pay, less time off, just awful. - Culture that was once good is now absent. Place is a disaster, and not the ideal work environment. Toxic at best. - Prices on products continue to increase and so do the sales targets, yet commission structure is worse and it’s counterproductive - HR won’t have your back - Much more to mention...
