The way this company is run in both Canada and the US is ridiculous. Promises are always made to the company as a whole and individual employees that are never kept. Things are always going to “get better and change to help the company improve” Pay is terrible even after receiving great performance reviews Long days and no flexibility. Management has no management experience and embarrasses employees in front of the entire office on the daily Management throws their own employees under the bus to cover up for their own mistakes. Lots of favouritism for specific employees (who are under performing and don’t deserve it) If you’re an outside sales rep you don’t even have to make sales and can work here for years and receive promotions and praise.
