      after seeing how other companies work, Big 5 is VERY VERY VERY old school when it comes to its operations... not including having to unnecessarily dress is slacks for a low end sporting goods store

      Pros

      Most employees were really fun to work with, life/work balance was great, taught me good life skills, good first job for work experience.

      Cons

      Barely got scheduled (pretty sure my location was way over employed), occasional rude and entitled costumers (especially during the holidays), could get very slow and boring at times, sketchy area, overal, not a great job if you're looking for something that pays well.
