Pros
Good benefits. If you're lucky enough to get a good group of co-workers it can be somewhat enjoyable. And if you like meeting lots of unique individuals then any retail job is okay.
Cons
Despite record profits and enduring COVID, they are giving management pitiful pay raises on top of pitiful wages already. They aren't adjusting to inflation or coming close to a livable wage. Don't work here until you hear otherwise.
