We have been through a period of rapid growth, and are aware that at times that places a particularly high workload on the delivery team. Matching the pace of recruitment to company growth is not easy, and recently we got it wrong - a painful lesson learned, but the changes we made were necessary to protect the jobs of the large majority of our team, and ensures we are able to pursue our revised growth goals.
