The atmosphere and social side to the job was great, the training is thorough and you can always get help with anything at any time
Cons
Most of the management don’t have any management skills, they’ve just been in the company the longest. A lot of the time they talk down to you, like you’re school children. Unrealistic targets, poor business directions and an overpriced product. Very high staff turn over. You are just a number here, they’ll drop you as quick as they bring you on without a care with immediate effect and no prior notice.
