Pros
Working at BidFX is genuinely a pleasure, mostly due to the set of people that they've hired - lovely, intelligent people doing good stuff. Is an excellent place to start a career or progress with one. Good pay and benefits on top; not highest in the market but the pay progression is definitely there at least. Good work-life balance.
Cons
Especially for devs, really depends what team you end up on. Workload is dramatically different. Also heard quite a few negative pieces about some of the way the exec approach communication and managing projects from more senior people in the company, but it does appear that this is being worked on actively at least.
