      Pros

      Pay is good. And that's it.

      Cons

      Lathergic management with terrible communication, sky high ego and inability to listen. They (C levels) lack basic respect for individual. Just not a good environment and you'll definitely get stuck in a rut.

      Good team-members. Egotistical C level especially CRO.

      Cons

      Misguided C level. Ego outshines care for employees and deliverables. Unqualified CRO micro manager and does not understand staff. Misguided egotistical management and expectations.

      Pros

      Lovely people and good tech stack, especially DevOps side.

      Cons

      - Pay - Treatment from HR - Level of appreciation from upper management - Juniors were well behind the current market, 80% left forcing the company to bump reactively to keep the remaining 20% to closer to market value. - Large loss of mid/junior talent in the past 2 years left lots of gaps between grads and senior developers
