Pros
Everyone is welcome no matter their sexuality, gender, ethnicity, etc... The benefits are decent and are available after the first month. Hate/harassment are not tolerated what so ever Open positions are usually filled from within the company
Cons
Raises are not performance based The end of the year bonus is performance based but a large percentage is lost to taxes. The most popular form of compensation for doing extra work is a happy hour, which isn’t much compensation at the end of the day Not enough attention is paid to the reasons as for why employees leave the company on bad terms Raises are not performance based so at the end of the year the person who is always on time, responsible and consistently performing much higher than expected. There was a small opertunity for me to be given a small raise but was eventually ruled out because it would be unfair to those who aren’t receiving a raise. I can’t understand this logic due to the fact that I have been a consistent high performer. There is lots of people “milking the clock”
