There are plenty of empty chairs to sit in and listen to fairy tales! You can also help yourself to an over inflated title such as “Global Vice President of Paper Clips’. When in reality this business is an absolute disaster of an SME.
Cons
The permanent state of frustration of neither being listened to nor valued as an employee. This organization is all about cuff, bluff and fudge. The churn of staff is atrocious with people consistently leaving either by choice or more often by business driven means. It’s terrible.
