UK business in rapid decline....... dreadful leadership/management team (people and behaviours) with no accountability for business decline and frequent poor service Very High staff turnover “Leaders” don’t listen - but manipulate bad news to protect themselves and get rid of anyone who questions them. Managers afraid to stand up to “Leaders” due to anticipated consequences No accountability anywhere in the business!!
