Pros
For the most part, it was great. The staff were amazing and friendly and the work environment was very healthy. Management can be strict at times but overall it pushed our customer service to rise to a higher standard.
Cons
We were located in the heart of Soho so it's to be expected that we were one of the busier branches. My shift mostly ended at 11 pm so it would be advisable to live somewhere between the restaurant and Greater London.
