Pros
Location, portfolio, ok benefits, some great people, sabbaticals, training is available (although you may have to fight to get it if you're not in sales). Great Christmas parties, & discount of course! Internal hiring can be a possibility but seems down to luck & timing as much as ability & ambition.
Cons
Cliquey, often pervasively negative, stale, bad pay, some poor management.
