Work-life balance is good: most will put in at least a few extra hours per week, but this isn't required of, nor is there any pressure to do so.
Cons
A lot of internal libraries have been infrastructured by grads/juniors, meaning these libraries' fundamentals are built upon tech-debt.
Initiatives fall by the wayside without a word.
