Pros
This is a well run and managed organization. Leadership is very effective. Very smart and knowledgable co-workers, team and managers. The environment is conducive to effective productivity, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Very Kind and family oriented.
Cons
Invest in CRM and other tools that will make the Sales team more agile and effective in the markets they look to serve. Priority should be given to a great CRM. More automation of processes should be implemented (e.g. electronic submission of expense reports)
