Pros
A great work-life balance. It's a great place to work if you don't mind the same day-in and day-out job (traditional 8-5 job). Highly recommend for potential employees who are close to retirement and want a sound stable job that will weather any economic conditions.
Cons
The business is family owned. The culture is very family oriented and family members are all aligned in management positions. In addition, there are no growth opportunities available. It is instilled to never take leadership to learn new task, once you've learn the task, you've automatically assume the added responsibility to your job function. Company pays employee very low in salary and there are no annual increases. Seniority takes precedent over skill sets.
