It is a fast paced start up without a lot of change.

Fellow employees were awesome, it was a great team to work with. Overall the product line is great.

The CEO was the biggest con. You'd never know what version of her you were going to get day to day, hour to hour. The "pure, happy, family" vibe that she tried to put out was completely fake - the second she felt she didn't need someone anymore they were useless to her and she would immediately fire them without warning (saw this happen countless times), and up until that moment she would tell them that they were her family. There were no warnings, they were never given a chance to explain the mistake or whatever trivial reason they were fired for. The expectations were ridiculous of hourly employees (Which everyone was hourly except 1 person) - SO much overtime required and crazy hours for most staff. Bottom Line - It was a Very toxic work environment. I do not recommend. Maybe if the CEO decided to let someone else run the company, it could be a good company.
