CEO dances on tunes of these people. 2.Leads can go to any extent to fulfil their desires. 3.No HR policies. 4.NEgative Environment. 5.If you are good in your work ad bad in politics never join this company. 6.No Salary Structure defined. If CEO likes one and that person has 4 years of experience then also that person can get salary equivalent to VP Salary and if CEO doesn't likes ones face and if that person has got 10 years of experience and very good in work then also that person will get salary of fresher and never expect appraisal.
